Matt Joyce is the Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing, with Lubrizol Additives. He joined Lubrizol in 2000 and has held roles including North American account manager, global account manager, regional business manager and director - Americas supply chain. Additionally, he completed expatriate assignments in Lubrizol's Hazelwood facility as global sales manager and at Lubrizol's Tokya facility as President, Lubrizol Japan Limited and Director, North Asia.

Matt earned a bachelor's degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
