Mark Rees is the Vice President, Strategy, Research and New Business Development, with Lubrizol Additives. He joined Lubrizol in 2001 and has held roles including global technology manager, global business manager both with viscosity modifiers and passenger car and vice president, driveline. Additionally, he completed a five-year expatriate assignment as regional business manager, Asia - engine oils / driveline, based at Lubrizol's Singapore facility.

Mark holds a bachelor's degree in applied chemistry and a Ph. D. in chemistry, both from Nottingham Trent University in Nottingham, Great Britain.
